Conference entry is allowed only for registered delegates. No exemptions to this will be entertained.

Cancellation Terms:

Cancellation: 50% of registration amount (excluding GST) will be refunded for cancellations till 31st March 2025. 

No refunds will be entertained after 31st August 2026.

Conference Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the registration / cancellation charges, as deemed necessary in untoward circumstances

Access to the Exhibition area.

Lunch on the conference day

Registration fee does not include: Travel and Accommodation
